Mosaic was continuing in with internal projects to replace the old Trafford style concrete/asbestos siding above their storage facilities. This siding encased the material handling equipment above the 105’ x195’diameter storage hall.

Structure removed roughly 17,000lbs of ACM concrete siding, designed scaffold system to contain the blast and paint contractor, completed structural and welding repairs and installed new siding. Upon inspection we found detrimental corrosion of the chimney system which we removed, corrected supports and installed new chimney fabricated on site by client.
