Structure Group removed 13,000 lbs of asbestos-contaminated concrete siding via rope access, then installed replacement siding, structural steel, and a stainless chimney; all delivered under budget with zero safety incidents.

Structure Group was approached during Christmas of 2024 by the client inquiring about capability and capacity to provided ABSA compliance stainless piping work.

Since our first project for Teck (now EVR) we have been involved in every outage and event on site. Expanding from simple welding and maintenance gigs we now provide full welding and mechcnial services.

Structure Group provided IRATA rope access support services for inspection, NDT and some mechanical work (shut down only).

Upon opening the unit during outage, considerable unexpected damage was found on the stainless liner plates of raw product storage. Structure was engaged on a urgent call out to provide field welding and fabrication services to ensure start up was not delayed.

This was a smaller but critical scope to repair cracks found during routine structural inspection on the Malaccamax and Super Post Panamex cranes in various locations.
